At Verlite, we are dedicated to offering products that help alleviate your wrist pain and discomfort. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and want to ensure that you have a positive experience with us. We recommend using our products for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at hello@tryverlite.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may already be processed. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident that our products will work for you, which is why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. We recommend using the product for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied after the 14-day trial period, you may return the product within the 60-day guarantee period for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, simply contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or by emailing us directly at hello@tryverlite.com. Please provide your Order Number, or the Name and E-mail Address used to place the order to expedite the return process.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to avoid damage during shipping. We define an item as “damaged” if it has a physical defect or is broken upon arrival. We do not consider minor damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) to be a reason for return, as long as the product itself is in good condition.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@tryverlite.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine if you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for products that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Verlite is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error in the shipping address, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or resend your order.
