At Verlite, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum required!


📦 Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped and depends on your location. Below is a general breakdown of expected shipping times based on your region:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
🌍 International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delays may occur during holidays, customs processing, or due to courier service disruptions. These are beyond our control but we’ll always do our best to assist you.


✏️ Address Accuracy & Changes

Double-check your shipping details before placing your order! Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your order or result in cancellation.

If our system flags an issue with your shipping address, our support team will email you within 3 business days for confirmation. If we don’t hear back in time, we may need to cancel the order.

Spotted an error? Email us at hello@tryverlite.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we can't guarantee modifications after that window.


🕐 Delayed Deliveries

We understand how important it is for your package to arrive on time. While we strive for prompt delivery, there may be delays caused by:

  • Courier issues or route disruptions

  • Severe weather or customs clearance

  • Product availability or payment delays

We’ll always notify you of any known holdups and work to get things back on track as soon as possible. However, Verlite is not liable for delays due to factors outside our control.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, it’s no longer under our control. If your tracking info says "delivered" but your package is missing:

  1. Contact your local courier to file a claim.

  2. Email us at hello@tryverlite.com so we can assist from our side.

While we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for lost/stolen packages, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the situation. In certain cases, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the circumstances.

If theft is suspected, we encourage you to also file a police report.
